Mrs. Mahetaba Asrar, Founder & Chairman is a professionally qualified entrepreneur with a strong academic and legal background, bringing a structured and compliance-driven approach to international trade. Her legal background provides a solid foundation in governance, regulatory frameworks, and contractual discipline—key competencies for cross-border commercial operations. Her mission is simple: to deliver authenticity, quality, and efficiency in every shipment.

Mr. Imran Ahmad is a seasoned business executive and board member of Mahisar Trading L.L.C. Since establishing himself in the UAE in 2021, he has developed a robust and diversified business portfolio spanning multiple high-value sectors.

Mr. Siddiqui oversees a comprehensive range of operations including the company's core import-export trading activities, an expanding property leasing and subleasing business across the UAE, and technical services operations. His ability to manage complex, multi-faceted business operations demonstrates both strategic acumen and operational excellence.
